They went above and beyond to help us with a last-minute issue with our clogged toilets, responding quickly and professionally when we needed them most. Their team was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate their outstanding service and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. Solid Plumbing saved the day. I called them on Sunday after we had our water shut off due to an outside leak. They came first thing Monday and were thorough with our landlord on what needed to be done. The crew came out Tuesday and completely re-routed our house to the city main in less than a day. They called the water company and had our water back on before we got home from work. They had to dig up a part of our lawn to do the work but made sure to do it so the lawn could be placed back and not look too much different than the other part of the lawn. We are so happy they got our water back on so quickly and the landlord was highly impressed by their service.

Mario and his crew at Solid Plumbing & Drains are amazing and I can’t recommend them enough. They saved us from multiple crises when our sewer lateral began collapsing and would be at our house same day, sometimes within an hour, when we’d call them. Mario was always very empathetic to our situation and made sure we understood what the issues were with our pipes, what the repairs should be, what the costs would be, and how to best work with our insurance. We ultimately went with them replacing our entire lateral with a pipe burst and they got it done on time and on budget. Super hardworking, nice, professional guys. They’re definitely our go-to for plumbing.

My experience was nothing less than excellent. I had an Aquasana Whole House filtration system installed. They performed the quote the next day after I contacted them. I received the quote the same day. This was prior to receiving my system. Once received, the installation was scheduled for the next working day. The technicians arrived on time and was extremely professional. They even made a repair to an outdoor hose fixture at no charge. I would highly recommend. Mario and the staff maintained excellent communication throughout the process. A1 service.

If you have plumbing needs commercial or residential don’t call anyone else . Solid lives up to its name. Handled a real difficult job at my restaurant and got it done clean and professional. Highly responsive and came same day. Mario and crew are the best out there!

The plumber was clearly trying to rip me off. Asked $175 + $250 for a job that I ended up paying $120 for.

Great professionalism & knowledge! They were also super quick in getting me scheduled in right away once the parts arrived. They installed the new water heater and brought it up to code. Also, they found leaks in my sink and gave me helpful tips on preventative maintenance for my plumbing. Highly recommend Solid Plumbing & Drains.
